Really poor customer service. Especially by the receptionists. He stands there thinking we are in debt to him for eating the food from there. Everytime he is the receptionist and i ask for some extra mayo, This guy acts like we need to beg him to get it. I mean you can charge extra for mayo or whatever but first learn some basic customer service. Really poor customer service. It feels like we have to beg them to eat there. However i have to say the food isn't so bad.
Bland tasteless food, this is not Turkish food in anyway shape or form. It's normal to adapt and fine tune recipes for specific locations. But this is just bad implementation. Had some expectations, but successfully ruined it.
I am fully disappointed by your shawarma.... It's not delicious, tastless and not worthy... It's not proper shawarama and alsoo burned. Quality and tasty is very bad... Very bad behaviour from Security. Cashier also not taking orders. They are not interested in business. Never go this kind of place.
