They just have to improve the seating and interiors. Coming to the food, it was just amazing. Fish meals with fish fry was just awesome. I would highly recommend this place for a budget friendly and tasty Kerala fish meal. Fish gravy and veg sambar (didn't expect) in the meals and fish fry (masala on the fried fry) were really good. They do bring a big plate of all the fried sea foods and then you can choose which ever you want, later they add it to the bill.

Though the taste has slightly gone down compared to earlier times, their meals with fish fry and chicken curry are still good. One of the best places for fish and Kerala style naadan food and been a customer since school days ! Not upto the fancy standards of dine-in restaurants of this age but truly stays relevant with remarkable food! Even available on Swiggy these days so very convenient as well

Really such a disappointing biryani. It was my favourite spot in my childhood days . During evening they will be having their beef was soo tasty. Nalla varattiya beef ayirunu. It was excellent but now they are using a heater to keep the beef curry till evening so consistency is watery it's not like what was there during the old days .And biriyani which I had during last visit was the worst biriyani that I had in thalassery they are not using good quality rice and bad oil also . Feel too much oily and oil quality is very bad . Need to improve. This hotel because worse these days.

One of the best Nadan food in Thalassery area. They serve fish curry meals in banana leaf ( biriyani too). Then they will come with specials. Karimeen fry, kallumekkaya fry, clam thoran, Ayala fry etc. Meen mutta thoran( fish egg varaval) is very famous but it is seasonal. Only rainy season time will get fish eggs. Rates are normal and very affordable. If you wish to visit, make sure your are starving or empty stomach since those people will serve you at extreme level. They normally serve rice for you which is already for 2 person(if you tell, I can't eat this much, then they smile and tell it's ok , you can eat slowly). And they will not take cash if special dishes are not tasty. Meals are just 40rs and everything is unlimited (if you dare to ask second time since first time itself more than sufficient) except special dishes. Thing is their service is excellent and food is tasty. People will come out only with full stomach and smile in face from this restaurant. My rating is 4/5.

An average looking hotel from outside,but the food tastes homely,the curry powders used seemed to be natural.Overall you might be satisfied when you walked out from this hotel after ur food.
