If I ever have to name a shawarma that truly touched my heart, the one I would proudly call the best shawarma in India, it was from this place. The Smokehouse Special Shawarma they used to serve was nothing short of fantastic. Affordable prices, excellent service, and fast delivery made it even better. This was the first place I ever went to a restaurant alone--I would just sit there, order their Smokehouse Special Shawarma, eat it, and leave feeling so genuinely happy. It was an experience I cherished. I discovered this gem three years ago, and since then, I have returned countless times--alone, with my family, cousins, and friends. Unfortunately, the last time I visited (a month ago), they told me they have discontinued the Smokehouse Special Shawarma, and that was heartbreaking. Here's the reality: the only thing worth having at this place was the Smokehouse Special Shawarma served with hummus, toum sauce, fries, chicken, and kuboos. Nothing else on their menu comes close. Their hummus? Below average. The zinger burger? Absolutely terrible. If you're planning to visit now, I don't recommend it--unless you call in advance and confirm they're serving the Smokehouse Special Shawarma again. I can't give a 5-star rating because they discontinued the very thing that made this place special. If they brought it back, I wouldn't hesitate to rate them a full five stars. As a self-proclaimed foodie and a regular reviewer, I can confidently say this place had potential--but right now, without their signature shawarma, there's no reason to visit. Final note: Their toum sauce is on another level, truly amazing. But again, without the Smokehouse Special Shawarma, it's just not worth it. I'm rating service one star as the last waiter said no to special shawarma to me but serve it to another customer. Which really was discrimination. I miss the old place.

Good food and a good environment must try. Hafiz handled it very professionally.

First, we had a mex loaded fries. I really liked it. The fries have a different texture which felt so good to me. Then we had chicken sheek kebab and afghani alfahm chicken. Kebab have 3 long pieces and was very tasty. Alfahm also tasted good but I was too full that I didn't finish it. We got a total of 3 khubboos with kebab and alfahm. So we only had a single rumal roti. It was a perfect roti, both texture-wise and taste-wise. When you visit here, the parking might be an issue. The atmosphere of the place is really nice. Overall a good time here.

Disappointing Experience Waited nearly an hour for our food, only to find that some of the items we ordered were missing. When we tried to address the issue, the staff was unresponsive and unhelpful. Poor service overall--would not recommend.

Worst experience, very rude behaviour from the staffs. Most of them playing games on the phone, no time to attend for the service.It's like they are giving free food. Food is also below average

No space Waiting period is worse it takes hours Definitely should change the waiter and malayalam speaking person would br better than hindi speaking guys

These idiots are just scammers. I ordered plate shawarma via swiggy and got the port size lesse than a roll shawarma. Never ordering anything from here.

The food here is very delicious but when it comes to service it is very poor. They even charge for drinking water.
