Price is tooo high, quality is tooo low I ordered fish mango curry from here and it tasted very average. The quality is very low and the price is high, if you compare it to the fish mango curry at MRA, it is not of any quality at all. The smallest fish curry costs 367, while the much better fish mango curry at MRA costs 210. The egg roast is good, porotta also good, fish curry Chaambiich.

We availed outdoor catering services by the restaurant for a very important function at our home and we were delighted by the food's taste and spread of the menu. We had over 40 guests have the meal (Sadya) and everyone liked it a lot. We would recommend ordering food from The Spice Cart to everyone.

Ordered Kallumakkaya Kizhi Biriyani, only 5 pieces were there without proper masala. When asked the staff they only had this option. Also they didn't gave me any solution to this issue. And when I told them that I will be posting the review they simply asked me to post it without any issues

Not really a 5 star hotel if you're looking for one. Rooms are okay quality and AC doesn't give cold air fast. Foods are as of every other restaurant,doesn't really have any unique items. Overall id give it a 3

Attended the meeting Conducted by KIMS Kannur. Meeting hall is Spacious and Good seating arrangement. food and serving boys are deserving 5 star Mark

Visited the place night for dinner. We ordered a mutton dish and after 5-6 min the waiter came back to inform that mutton was over. So we changed our order. It is not good when waiters don't know these things beforehand. Door to the wash area is difficult to open and close. Also we have to hold a door knob(unhygienic) every time we go there. The music played was too loud. So guests were mostly talking too loud which made the ambiance terrible. My group was too tired to shout on top of the music. So we decided to sit and eat in silence with no conversation. The food was well prepared and tasty. There is no door between kitchen and restaurant area. It is just a curtain. So every time food is brought in, it is brushed against the curtain(that is constantly brushed against the staffs clothes and hair). That is one of the worse ways in which food can be brought in. Also, the kitchen and staff were too loud which again added to the bad ambiance of the restaurant. During payment, my card was not accepted by the swipe machine and immediately the staff said my card was bad. On my request they tried a second swipe machine and realised that the first machine had network issues. It is a pity when good good is wasted on such bad service and ambiance. Hope they improve these things. Throughout the time we were there, the restaurant manager and chef were out in the eating area planning a big catering party with some clients. Please move these discussions to some office area(not in the dining space).

One of the best Restaurant in Thalassery for Dine-In, Take Away & Free Deliveries. We ordered a delivery of Kerala Lunch Meals & it was really yum. Mr Rahul steered our order process and it was completely gone well. The only problm is they dont have UPI payment stsytem, No Google Pay / PayTm etc. Cash or Bank transfer only accepts. Not really like.
