Tried newly launched cheesy double chicken pizza... It's good.. if you are a cheesy lover you can try for this...

They are really good at what they do, Their pizzas are amazing and always are top notch quality, Their service is always a 5 , they are quick to address when the order runs late, they always check in on with a prompt call on every order, Only thing I found a bit lacking is their atmosphere, it's not that large it exists as most their orders come In for takeaway, Their pizza combos are also nice, Twice or thrice a month a delivery is a must from dominos, it's easy to share and filling on the stomach. Went to Domino's a few days back and it was the first time that I decided to dine in, else I normally would place a home delivery order or just order over the phone and pick it up. The ambiance was apt for youngsters, especially for couples, but, we managed to get a table for 6. Food was excellent, it took a wee bit more time than usual for it to be ready. The staff in the evening were a little lethargic, may be because they were tired, dishing out pizzas as quickly as possible.

The taste of the food here is reliably consistent with other Domino's branches, maintaining the brand's standard. I particularly enjoyed the Indi Tandoori variety, which was flavorful and well-prepared. The branch also has parking space for two cars on the premises and additional roadside parking available for around five cars. On the downside, there can occasionally be delays in service, though this is not a frequent issue. Additionally, the access to the first floor via stairs might be inconvenient for some customers. Overall, this Domino's branch in Thiruvalla offers a pleasant and convenient dining experience, backed by a clean environment, courteous staff, and the reliability of the Domino's brand.

The staffs are super awesome. Pizza is not up to the mark. Be careful once you get into the parking area because of blind curve in MC Road accident can happen at any time

Wrong order delivered and quality of items received is very poor. Does not match standard of Dominos pizza outlets elsewhere. Paid for 2 cheesburst pizzas and 1 crispy wings along with rest of items in order. Regular pizza delivered instead of cheeseburst. Crispy wings not available and repalced with non-veg tacos... missing the chicken...with just a paper thin slice of filling. Edit: Outlet replaced the unsatisfactory items as compensation.

Very pathetic pizzas made by the staff.smaller size being sold as large hence expensive. Less topings and wider uncooked crusts . Overall disappointed. Dominos need to train their staff better to make pizzas and follow receipe. Got the chicken dominator with only two toppings instead of 4 and there was only crust for the cheese and corn Pizza. Wouldn't recommend this outlet.
