Disappointing Experience at Kazi Kitchen, Thiruvalla I visited Kazi Kitchen in Thiruvalla, drawn in by its appealing exterior and positive ratings on Google Maps. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. I ordered the Alfaham Kuzhimandi and the Honey Chilli Alfaham. The Kuzhimandi was a complete disaster -- the chicken was badly burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. It was completely inedible, and I was genuinely shocked that something in this condition was served to a customer. This unpleasant experience ruined the entire meal, and even though the Honey Chilli Alfaham was decent, I couldn't enjoy it after such a disappointing start. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. Looks can definitely be deceiving -- I wouldn't recommend Kazi Kitchen based on this visit.

I recently visited Kazi Kitchen in Thiruvalla and had a mostly enjoyable experience. We ordered the BBQ Chicken Mandi, and I must say, it was absolutely superb. The taste was on point, with perfectly spiced and juicy chicken, and the mandi rice was fragrant and flavorful. The portion size was generous, making it great value for money. However, the service left a bit to be desired. Along with the mandi, we ordered an extra rumali roti, but unfortunately, they completely forgot about it. Despite reminding the staff, it never arrived, which was disappointing as it disrupted an otherwise perfect meal. The ambiance of the place was decent--cozy and welcoming, suitable for a casual outing. While the staff was polite, the lack of attention to detail in our order did put a slight damper on the experience. Overall, I'd recommend Kazi Kitchen for its delicious food, especially the BBQ Chicken Mandi. Just be mindful of following up on your orders to avoid any mix-ups. A little improvement in service would make this place exceptional!

Visited for lunch and found that only Alfam and Mandi were available - luckily, both were excellent choices. We tried the regular Alfam Mandi and Honey Chilli Alfam. The mandi rice was simple yet flavorful. The Alfam was served with roomali roti, which was thin, soft, and perfectly cooked. The chicken was the highlight - tender, juicy, and very fresh. The Honey Chilli Alfam added a nice twist with its sweet and spicy glaze. Overall, a limited but satisfying lunch. Perfect if you're in the mood for good Alfam and Mandi rice

Its a nice place to have mandi.Famous in Thiruvalla, the hotel serves amazing dishes. Atmosphere and the serving style was too good.

The photos are either fake or taken a while ago. The place is like a dungeon with very limited seating, no ventilation, dark walls and hardly any windows. We went at 2:30PM on a Saturday and the few tables were packed but there wasn't even a waiting area. It's right next to a car service center which adds to the "ambiance" - Not! Maybe the food is ok but we did not wait to try it and left for another place.

Today while returning to my home town I visited this place ! We ordered half chicken Mandi and waited for food the atmosphere looks good and it was too hot inside and even the wash area was too messy and even the water was overflowing even towards the floors of the dinning!! The food was good and the chicken was juicy and the texture was also good !!

The first time I ordered, it was good. So decided to visit again this time it was horrible the chicken pieces were so small it felt like they were quail pieces, to top it off it was burnt. Please see the images.

I ordered a quarter chicken manthi and was pleasantly surprised to receive it within just 5 minutes of placing the order. The food was delicious, the ambience was great, and the customer service was truly impressive. A special mention to staff associate Alwin, who was exceptionally kind and delivered outstanding service. Kudos to such young professionals for their warmth and dedication!
