Extremely Disappointed - Items Missing, Overpriced, and Terrible Taste I am truly disappointed with my experience at SRG family restaurant, thirumoola, thiruvalla. I ordered 3 meals and received only half of what I was supposed to. To make matters worse, the quality of the food was terrible and the prices were outrageously high. Each meal was priced at 151, which is double the price compared to similar restaurants that offer much better quality. The meal I received was supposed to include theyal, achar, mezhukupuratti, pacha moru, salad, sambar, papadam, and chor. However, one entire set of curries was missing, and the quantity of the food I received was extremely small. When I reached out to the restaurant, I was told that they "might have forgotten to add the curries." That's not an acceptable excuse, especially when you're charging such high prices. On top of that, the taste was just awful. The food lacked flavor, and the overall quality was very disappointing. I really hoped for a satisfying meal, but this experience has left me frustrated and unwilling to return. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience, and I won't be ordering from here again.

It is a good restaurant.. Hotel staff behavior is very good. I bought a tea from here.There are some paintings on the wall is nice.

Here's the updated review: When I ordered half a grilled chicken, I only received a portion of it from the restaurant. The packaging was very poor--it was open--and they didn't include any bread with the meal as expected. The food itself was very, very bad and completely inedible. Overall, it was a terrible experience with this restaurant. However, I did receive a refund from Swiggy

I ordered 1 butter chiken recently through zomato, Chiken is old and smelly. Dont go with kids. My son has severe stomach ache after eating this.

I ordered a beef biriyani. They give 2 small pieces of beef only with the biriyani. It coasts 130rs. Ithink the biriyani is only for 50rs

Ordered Chicken Biryani today, taste was okay but it was cold and was feeling like Chicken curry and Rice. Chicken Biryani had Egg also. Also ordered Chicken fry with that, very less pieces for Rs. 100.

overrated price in zomato.. Beef fry, chicken curry was very bad..

I ordered from this restaurant from Zomato and got cockroach legs from the chilly chicken well when I ordered this Chinese dish I didn't expect that they would be this authentic
