Customer Reviews & Testimonials

Nice place for good cuisine. The prices are medium and it is filled with flavours. You mostly find it crowded.

I had visited this place three years ago and had a great experience. Back then, the only thing I felt needed improvement was cleanliness--not that it was dirty, but it needed more attention. However, my recent visit was quite disappointing. The service felt unprofessional--the person taking my order asked me multiple times what I wanted but still managed to mess it up. I ordered a mint lime, chocolate shake, momos, chicken wings, and a zinger burger. While most of the food was okay, the wings were terrible--I had ordered fried wings but got BBQ wings instead, which were overly seasoned with sauce and the worst I've had so far. To make things worse, my burger never even arrived, and no one bothered to check if everything was fine. Another issue was the lack of waiters attending to dine-in customers. It felt like they were prioritizing online orders over people who were actually sitting in the restaurant. Overall, the quality and service have gone downhill compared to my previous visit. I really hope they work on improving their service and attention to detail.

The Food there is amazing. But it takes a lot of time for the food to arrive. I ordered full meat shawarma with rumali and it was so good. We visited around 2:30pm and it was so crowded. We didn't get a seat for sometime.

A very nice and calm cafe--perfect for a relaxed evening. It was raining when I arrived, and I ordered the cheesy chicken fries. They were served hot and tasted amazing, making the whole experience feel extra cozy. We were two people, and the portion was just right--filling and satisfying. Definitely a must-try dish and a must-visit cafe!

I've been here around three times. The first time, I ordered a Turkish shawarma but they messed it up and was given a big Sultan shawarma instead. It was just okay. On another visit, I tried the classic rumali shawarma, which was actually quite nice & juicy, with a good balance of meat and vegetables. They served it with ketchup, some pickled carrots, and a green chilli. The food was served about 10 minutes after ordering. I suggest they should improve their service. Overall above average experience.

The ambience is really good to spend an evening with family or friends .Their staff was responsive and helpful but it did took some time to get our order Now onto the food BBQ Bukhari(Quarter) - the rice was good.it had a different taste to it and the bbq was also really good Piri Piri Fries was really good but the Cheesy Fries we got i dont know if it was because it cooled down or something it was really more sticky than usual. Normal alfam - it was like any other alfam nothing significant We did bought a chicken masala ..i would say it was not worth it the chicken was v.good (it was boneless too) not ganna lie but the masala we got was just mayonnaise Overall :ambience -4.5 Food - 4 Service - 4.5

Very good ambience. The decor & the interiors were brilliantly set up to make you cozy the moment you step in. Food took a bit time to be served, but was tasty. We tried Mexican shawarma, Lebanese shawarma falafel platter and bbq... All the items were really tasty as well. Especially that hummus was really excellent and the falafel platter was highly worth. Service was delightful but it will took some time to get the food after you make the order. But it's good to spend time with friends or family.
