Aasife Biriyani - Vellayambalam (Trivandrum)

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, the food lacked both taste and aroma. It was quite a disappointing experience. I hope they work on improving the quality.

Very friendly customer service. Had Mutton Biriyani and Tandoori chicken biriyani from here. The taste was good, but the piece quantity of the mutton biriyani feels less. There is no parking for the restaurant and the road side parking space in front of the restaurant is no public parking area and it is for the ksrtc bus stop.

I had a very bad experience from here. I ordered chicken biryani. Its quality and taste were okay. But the service was very, very bad. They could not even deliver water on time. I asked for the side dishes that came with biryani many times. They did not give me the service speed even though I told them to take care of it. Even though it was less crowded, they could not give me enough attention. Their other outlets that are busier than this have better service. I had a very bad experience from here.

07/07/2025 not deserved for even a single star.. very bad ambiance and service .ac not functioning, disturbance of house flies. they are not replacing the bowl filled with gravy and salad. .may be filled only by request.. rate very high. cost of two chicken biriani at salva dine - 360. .but here it is 576.... worst ...

Every food is very tasty and freshly prepared. The atmosphere is looking so good. Feel good to having my lunch there.

The complaints in my review are the same that people have been mentioning here for almost a year. Clearly they have no plans to improve or correct them. The place looks shabby and the ancient AC was there just for namesake during peak summer time. Their signature chicken 65 biriyani was not even available during lunch time. Only mutton biriyani apparently. Pinne enthinu aanu restaurant thurann veychekunne? Had to walk out. Extremely bad experience.

Worst experience ,We had chicken 65 biriyani and mutton biriyani both are very bad quality taste,smell,meat quality and texture is not to good at all,We have raised a complaint same time .Wondering how its called as world best biriyani on their signage.

Extremely Disappointed with the Experience - Poor Service and Mismanagement We had made a reservation for 30 people expecting a smooth and well-organized dining experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disaster. 1. Pathetic Customer Service: The staff appeared completely overwhelmed and untrained to handle a large group. There was no coordination or clear communication, and despite our repeated requests, no one took proper responsibility or initiative to manage the situation. 2. Poor Crowd Management: For a place that accepts group bookings, it was shocking to see how ill-equipped they were. There was no proper seating arrangement, and everything felt chaotic. It seemed like they were caught off guard despite prior notice of our group size. 3. Delayed and Unorganized Food Service: One of the most frustrating aspects was the delay in food service. Items were brought out haphazardly, with long gaps in between. Some people had to wait unreasonably long while others had already finished eating. There was no sense of timing or flow in how the food was served. 4. Unhygienic Practices - Lime Juice Incident: I personally raised a concern about the lime juice, pointing out that it was not fresh and possibly spoiled. To my shock and utter disbelief, instead of addressing the issue or discarding it, the staff handed the same glass to another customer. This is not just unprofessional, it's outright unhygienic and irresponsible. 5. Disrespect Towards Vegetarian Guests: In a completely unacceptable move, vegetarian food was only served after all the non-vegetarian guests had finished eating. This not only showed poor planning but also a clear lack of consideration for dietary preferences. Vegetarian guests were left waiting with nothing to eat while others were being served. Overall, this was a highly disappointing and unpleasant experience. The lack of professionalism, poor service standards, and negligent behavior (All staffs especially the outlet manager) make it very difficult to recommend this place to anyone--especially for group gatherings.
