Al Shais Kitchen Indo Arabic Chinese Family Restaurant

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING ! The atmosphere in the hotel when we entered was soo good . Ambiance was soo good . A futuristic and a peaceful environment to enjoy with our friends and family . Now the food : the ingredients they have used in the food is so outstanding and the flavours were so good... Service : the moment we entered the hotel till we left the service they provided shows their care to every customers... it was soo good

We went there around 9pm. Ordered for 3 chicken fried rice, chicken noodles and chilly chicken. Chicken fried rice and noodles is for Rs170 each. And chilly chicken for Rs 190. Received 1 noodles and fried rice and chilly chicken at first and we had to wait for 20 minutes for the other ordered fired rice as cooked rice was finished. Taste of food is good.

I came to try the Al Faham for dinner. Ordered the Kanthari Al Faham with porotta. The chicken was marinated very well and it was tasty. The porottas served were crispy and hot. I really liked the 3 condiments they serve it with - Mayonnaise, Chipotle and Coriander sauce. Overall the restaurant is neat and spacious. There is a good space for parking.

I recently had lunch at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The food lacked flavor, the quality was below expectations, and the overall dining experience was underwhelming. For the price, I expected better taste and service. Would not recommend unless they improve their food standards.

We had tried their garlic chicken and porotta...the porotta was good but the garlic chicken didn't tats good.Also the hot and sour soup was not so fine

Good parking space. Good ambience. Friendly service. But the food is average.We ordered for biriyani. The quantity is also less according to the price.(Rs 160) But they have a biriyani combo of (Rs179)with chix fry. I think it's better to try this instead of normal biriyani. It's better to give a spoon for raita and pickle if you are serving separately. Overall experience is good.Thank you for the service.

Disappointing experience with Al shais restaurant ! Ordered 2 biryanis, ate one at the restaurant, and asked them to pack the second one. But when I opened it at home, I was shocked to find that all the chicken pieces and egg were missing! Only rice was left. Not sure if it was an honest mistake or intentional, but it definitely left a bad taste. Hope the management takes necessary steps to ensure this doesn't happen again.
