Food is ok. Good atmosphere. But not a high quality service. They serve large quantities of rice and curry, which affects the quality. It would be better to serve necessary portions and offer more if needed. Everything else is good, but please maintain the quality of service.

I recently dined at this hotel in Trivandrum, trying their chicken biryani and some fish dishes from a previous visit. The food was just okay and didn't leave a memorable impression. The customer service was subpar, with the attitudes of both the waiter and cashier lacking warmth or attentiveness. Cleanliness is another area for improvement, as I noticed that the dishes for the meals (like rice and curries) were left open, which felt unhygienic given they would serve this to guests. The ambience was fine, but parking is a hassle, which adds to the overall inconvenience. With a few improvements, this place could offer a better experience.

Visited for quick lunch. The service was great from staff, and the food was excellent, especially the fish steam cooked in plantain leaf. Briyani is usual Kerala briyani and was good as well. The restaurant could be a house-converted business, as the name says. The plant at the centre of the restaurant was beautiful. It was not too expensive.

Disappointing Experience - Poor Hygiene & Quality We recently visited this restaurant and was thoroughly disappointed with the quality and hygiene standards. The shrimp roast was not cleaned properly, not removing the gut part, making it unpleasant to eat, and the fish fry tasted old and far from fresh. Overall, the taste of the food was poor and unappetizing. To make matters worse, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The glasses provided were visibly unwashed, and despite requesting a fresh set, I was given another set that was oily and greasy to the touch. Such negligence in hygiene is deeply concerning for a food establishment. I strongly urge the management to improve their food quality and hygiene practices. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
