Disrespectful Staff and Terrible Service I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. From the start, the staff acted like they were doing us a favour just by letting us be there. and it took an unreasonably long time for anyone to take our order--even though the place wasn't busy. When we asked basic questions about the menu, the server responded with a cold, dismissive tone, as if we were bothering them. The overall attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional. It's clear the staff either isn't trained properly or just doesn't care. We left feeling disappointed and disrespected. There are too many good restaurants out there to waste time and money at a place that treats its customers like an inconvenience. Definitely won't be returning

The food at the restaurant was quite good overall, but I found their menu to be a bit limited in terms of options. I expected more variety, considering the type of dishes they offer. The atmosphere inside the restaurant felt a bit cramped, which made it somewhat uncomfortable for a family dinner. I tried their masala shawai, I would describe it as just okay. It didn't really stand out compared to other similar dishes I've had elsewhere.

Dont try beef dishes waste of money , inordered beef fry and wheat porotta , one mexican alfam , alfam was good but. Beef fry was waste of money one thing no taste and full of bones and chewy meat not cooked properly very bad and the gravy provided. Was like some water,

Unpleasant dining set up.. The staff is unclean.. One of the staff kept sneezing all the time..ambience is below average..ordered chicken alfaham and chicken shawayi.. Both were below average, dry and similar taste.. The kuboos weren't fresh.. Not a good experience to dine in however take away is a better option.

We tried the Al Faham combo with two mexican and two normal al fahams. The alfahams were good especially the mexican, which was juicy. We also tried the shawarma which was decent. The juices were pretty ok too. The fruit salad was not great.
