Dine at Kumar's

Dine @ Kumar's offers a great dining experience with a variety of flavorful dishes. The coin porotta and chicken fry are standout items, perfectly cooked and very tasty. The puthina tea is a refreshing. However, the beef fry had an excess of liver pieces, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this, the overall experience is enjoyable, with good service and a pleasant atmosphere. It's a solid choice for a satisfying meal.

We had breakfast at Dine @ Kumar's yesterday. We tried their Masala Dosa, Uzhunnuvada, Appam, Stew and Tea. Masala Dosa was average and I can say OK. Appam and stew was good in taste. Tea is also average. Uzhunnu vada is totally disappointed. But the Sambar was so nice and with a different taste. Service and infrastructure were also okay.

Tried their chicken biriyani via swiggy. Taste is ok, little sweet but compared to other biriyanis in trivandrum its good. Rice is small and perfect. 2 pieces and egg. Good and recommended.

See this !!! I have just ordered this Beef fry now via Swiggy!Totally disappointed!!!!!This is cheating!!!! I payed 261 rupees with 73 rupees for delivery .This Restaurant showed that this is a full plate beef fry for this amount and noe its a quarter. I lost my money !!!!!! This is cheating the customer.I ordered at 10 :45 pm and I got it at 12 am!!!!

Kumars is a typical mallu restaurant. They have a great menu and excellent chefs.. Their teatime snacks are sooo good. I had their chicken biriyani which had pieces that were dry(as expected as most of the biriyanis in kerala have 75% rice 20% chicken and 5% gravy). It wouldve been better if they first cook it in a pressure cooker. And give the customers more gravy we cant eat raw rice with dry chicken. Biriyani is supposed to be wet and with moisture not dry. Their dates pickle is the best date pickle that ive ever had in my life.. I asked for it 3 times..

I paid the bill after checking i was shocked bcz of one item was missing, i tried to get it back but no result(cash loss with no fud)

Ordered chicken perattu, but was served normal chicken curry, when we told them we ordered chicken perattu, the person who took order explained that here both are same ..taste was just average.It's sad that they don't have idea how a chicken perattu is...but need appreciation they will sell it though....

Had Malabar chicken biryani for lunch.. ground floor was crouded so found a seat at the ac restaurant upstairs.. biriyani was decent but not great.. ginger pickle was really good.. not too expensive.. biriyani cost 160/- in ac restaurant.. Yet to try other items like coin porotta and beef roast for which the place is known for
