Great Experience each time we visit here. All the menu items are great. The service is also fast and neat. Heavy rush due to heavy demand for quality food. The quality and quality of food served is great. Highly recommended restaurant for all type of foods. The ambience is also neat. They have an open kitchen and ample sitting area.

We had the chance to book our seats early at Lulu Paragon, and the experience was absolutely worth it! The Mutton Biriyani was outstanding--rich in flavour, delicious, and truly premium quality, especially for a mall setting. The traditional meals with 16 varieties of curries and rice were incredibly tasty and satisfying. We also tried the Prawns Mango Curry and Fish Mango Curry--had them with both appam and rice, and the taste and texture varied beautifully with each. For drinks, the Angel Green (a mango and mint blend) was refreshing and perfectly balanced. And to top it off, the Hazelnut Marquee dessert was a delight--perfectly layered and absolutely yummy. Overall, 5 stars for the amazing food and excellent service. A must-visit for food lovers!

We recently visited Paragon Restaurant at Lulu Trivandrum and tried a variety of dishes including puttu with egg curry, chicken fried rice, dragon chicken, and chicken noodles. The food was delicious and flavorful, and the service was also courteous and prompt. However, I did face a couple of disappointing experiences that I feel should be addressed. Firstly, the restaurant displayed Thai cuisine on their board, which made us look forward to trying it. But the menu we received did not contain any Thai items, which was misleading and a bit disappointing. Secondly, there was a billing issue. After we left the mall, we received a call from the restaurant saying that our bill was mistakenly switched with another table's, and that the amount we paid was less than what we were supposed to. Even though it was their mistake, I chose not to argue and paid the remaining balance they requested. While I understand that errors can happen, this kind of experience can leave a negative impression, especially when you're already done dining and have left the premises. Overall, good food and good service, but I hope they improve their menu clarity and billing process to avoid such issues in the future.

Guys this is a must try..!! Try the fish curry meals, il post the picture here just to showcase the classic way of them serving us delicious culinary experience in small bowls of Happiness. Great food Great Ambience. Bit crowded on peak times. The cleanliness throughout the kitchen,dining and washrooms are also a great management achievement. Kudos to the entire team. Crowded as ever, this great Restaurant serves you amazing food of course !. Good food with great service, what else does one need to expect? We have ordered a variety of items, all were delicious and served with a smile. Moreover, the floor manager has personally enquired about the taste and quality of food which is very much appreciated. The atmosphere was very much congested because of the holiday crowd, otherwise a not to be missed restaurant in Lulu Mall.

Restaurant has both veg and non veg but non veg has many options. Though it's very crowded because of on going sale in LuLu, Staff are very attentive and managed the crowd. Dining area was big, to accommodate the crowds. Prices are high but compared to other dining options available within the food court, it's reasonable. They had four combo options for dinner but there was no veg combo. Manager Mr Sujith was very helpful and manage to arrange veg items within existing combo. Food was delicious.
