Had biryani; a starter and sulaimani. Food was good, but nothing exceptional. Hyderabad biryani had kismis ; pieces in mutton biryani weren't great - it had fatty caul like stuff. service was good though. But neatness needs to improve. AC wasn't working properly (table 2)

I recently visited Rafi Multi Cuisine in Balaramapuram and had a mixed experience. I ordered Quarter Alpham and Shawarma, but unfortunately, the taste was disappointing. The waiting time was also quite long, which added to the frustration. On the positive side, the surroundings were neat and clean, and the staff was decent. However, the hygiene could be improved. Parking was a challenge, as finding a spot was difficult. The rates were reasonable, which is a plus. Rafi Multi Cuisine offers a diverse menu with Indian, Continental, and Chinese options. According to reviews, their Tandoori Chicken, Shawai, and Al Faham are recommended dishes. Despite the issues I faced, the restaurant has potential, especially with its friendly and attentive staff. Good in service.. we are more than 20 people at a time .. we ordered many food variety.. they not make us more time to wait.. they do serve soon .. taste of food was quite good.. but we expect more ... We ordered dosa , chicken fried rice, porota, 3 * for the food taste ... For the parking facility 1* . The interior and the setup of resturant was good ..

Dirty and very bad food. Really they are cheating us. For one half Alfam parcel i was waiting for 1 hr. There was not my actual order when i opened the parcel at my home. Food quantity is very low and price is very high . Absolutly a cheating restaurant.

One of the best NonVeg hotels in Aaralimoodu.They have separate dining on the 1st floor With Air conditioning. They have a policy that they are not allowing drunken peoples inside the hotel .when it comes to food ,i will say all are good. Mint chutney was so good, I really appreciate that.The way they treat customer are top notch. The chicken was very well marinated and cooked to near perfection and both the sides of simple yet flavourful, chicken gravy and onion salad,were truly complementing the fabulous Trivandrum style experience... The staff are very courteous, kind, helping and very swift in taking the orders and packaging them, too. It has been truly a happy experience to transact business with you people ... Thank you

I don't feel the difference biriyaani on street and this restaurant. In the street i pay 80 rupees and here i paid 150 rupees, the quantity and one rupees pickle from Tamilnadu brand is same, very bad
