It is a small restaurant, the food serving was delayes even though there were no other customers. People on the restaurant were decent and well mannered

I was a regular coustomer in this bar but today the date of 18/11/2024 the waiter in out side was very rude I just asked him why they are cleaning while peoples are drinking at time 4:30 pm and replay was it's fine your people are just drunkers hope the management see the review and control their staff to keep their customers for future

It's the best place to stay and the most important thing is i would like to appreciate the honesty and dedication of the etta who's in the reception. Actually I've paid multiple times through upi and i was not noticed. He called me once I'd vacated and reconfirmed whether the multiple payments done by me or not. I told him that was done through my upi. He made a transfer to my account immediately. I like their ethics.

Friendly people, good hospitality, good maintainance of rooms.

One of the worst experiences I had at this place. I used stay regularly at this place cause of proximity to my purpose. Once I had given them a complaint regarding pests and room with torn bedsheets and a burnt air conditioner. The scenes were horrific. I gave a complaint to the manager and they said they will look into it. The next time when I booked the room they started giving vague excuses like rooms are full despite checking with them that the rooms were available and when I visited there they said rooms are unavailable. Then when enquired further they said they don't want to provide rooms to people who raise complaints. I went to the owner Praveen who sits in their jewellers. He too didn't take things seriously. I'm really shocked how they are provide service and such rude responses from them. I personally suggest to stay away from this hotel for your own good.

Very Good Rooms, hygienic one can stay comfortably. Hotel staff are very soft and available all the time for any needs and assistance

Very bad experience I had ever seen in my life. Rooms are not good, customer has no privacy, the hospitality of the management was poor. I will not recommend anyone. The behaviour of the staff was not good, they are treating like a street dog...
