Rude Staff - Worst Customer Service Ever I had a terrible experience at Hotel Akshaya. We just asked for a lime juice, and the customer service employee who serves food - an aged, tall man - behaved very rudely. His arrogant tone and disrespectful attitude ruined the entire visit. We were shocked by how badly we were treated for such a simple request. the lime juice we were served was just as bad - watery, tasteless. Terrible service, terrible food. This was honestly the worst customer service I've ever faced. I will never go back, and I don't recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic courtesy.

The beef is just amazing,went there with my cousin's to have lunch the place is really one off, it's different from all the other restaurants which I have seen in that area, and I really don't think that there is any other place which offers such tasty beef, it was really good. I really had a good time there. The place is very clean and tidy it's really good that they maintain it that way. Really loved the food there. If you're looking for a place which is pretty clean this is the place that I'll suggest for them and for the beef lovers out there.
All the food there is very bad. After eating there we cannot leave the toilet. Dosa is very bad. Abdominal pain all the time. This is unclean food. No one should come here for food, very bad tea. If u Drink tea must have loose motion.
Ordered chicken masala through swiggy. And they give me 2 pieces of chicken mixed with green peas curry which was made separately. Scamming at the best.
