Alfahami Restaurant

I have never encountered such an unsatisfactory Alfaham in my life. It is, without a doubt, the worst Alfaham I have ever tasted, and I cannot recommend it. Also service was very bad. Too much delay for supply. Long waiting time even very less croud. Didn't recommend this restaurant. #food #thrissur

Worst customer service i ever faced. Attitude of the waiters working there is so rude and arrogant, seems like we are having food for free of cost.... They even bargain for extra mayonnaise we ask for Alfalms...

Worst service. I ordered mexican mandi and they give me biriyani rice instead of mandi rice when I called the restaurant the lady at the restaurant said cannot do anything because the mandi rice is finished.so if the mandi rice is finished why would they take the at the first place they could have rejected the order but she said i couldn't do anything.worst customer service worst shop

Food is great but I visited once with my friends and the order literally came after 1 and a half hours they only came to us when one of my friends scolded the waiter...and online delivery service too only reached after 1 hour...I live nearby this hotel...very bad service indeed..

Food is good but the service they provide is very bad. Food will take about an hour to serve. Pricing is also kind of high..
