A restaurant near Thrissur Railway Station with decent portion sizes, but the overall experience was disappointing. I ordered mixed fried rice, which was too oily and salty. The customer service was not satisfactory, as the staff seemed uninterested. On the plus side, the toilet was clean, which is a small relief for travelers. Needs improvement in both food quality and service.

I had a very bad experience at from this hotel. The customer service was extremely poor, with the staff handling customers very badly. I purchased a shawarma roll for 120, expecting decent quality and quantity, but I was highly disappointed. The portion size was very small, and the quality was below average. Definitely not worth the price! Would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good food or good service.

During a visit to Thrissur with my cousins, we decided to try out Arabian Grill for their famed kuzhimandi. We called ahead to reserve a room, and they were accommodating in keeping it ready for us, which was a positive start. However, the food experience was highly disappointing. We specifically went there for kuzhimandi, but they only had peri peri mandi available. Reluctantly, we decided to try it, and it turned out to be a bad choice. The masala used in the mandi was overly salty, making it unpleasant to eat. When we informed them, the staff insisted that it was the standard masala they use for everyone and dismissed our concern. After some discussion, they replaced one portion of alfahm for a person, but the same issue persisted. Later, they claimed the issue might be due to the chaat masala in the alfahm, but it was still unappetizing. The mandi rice was another letdown. It was overly oily and resembled a poorly made biryani rather than authentic mandi. Out of the 10 of us, none enjoyed it, and for the first time, we didn't even consider asking for a second serving. We barely managed to finish the portions served. Considering their name, Arabian Grill failed to deliver on the promise of authentic and enjoyable Arabian-style cuisine. The pricing was also on the higher side--we paid 2500 for 2.5 portions of alfahm mandi, which did not feel worth the money. I shared my feedback with the management while settling the bill, hoping they would take it constructively. For true alfahm mandi lovers, this place is not recommended.

It's a total disappointment. Total disaster to be precise. I had a special meeting and decided to give this restaurant a shot. We ordered normal AlfaHam mandi and peri peri AlfaHam Mandi. Firstly, the mandi rice does not taste like how it should be. Over oily, uncooked, in a nutshell - it was a mess. The pieces of meat served is comically small. Too small in the sense I believe they to made a special breed of chicken just for this restaurant . And to cool my temper i ordered a simple lime juice, which can be prepared for under 2 Rs/- and they changed 40/- for it and too served in a cheap plastic glass ! Bro show some respect. Which brings us to pricing. With all the features mentioned above you would expect something on the cheaper side. We paid over 600/- for 2 quarter mandhi !! bro? For context, I had been a mandi fan for a long time and there is a restaurant named Al- Reem Mandi @Athani near airport road. They serve one of the finest Mandi in Kerala. They charge just 690/- for full mandi. Which is more than enough for 5 people. By seeing other reviews, I can understand the owners don't care about the reviews. So it's for all who are planning to visit this Restaurant, Please stay away.

I ordered food through zomato chicken fry actually I was received salt fry, when I compliant Abt this to the mgt , they says will check it and call back.they called back after and say sorry and they will replace it and taken back the salt fry. But it's only saying inefficient mgt and staff, can't rely on then .pathetic food .even my pet can't eat it..it's better to do public theft or smuggling business. Frauds.
