The only plus is its location near Thrissur railway station. Despite a big hoarding claiming it's air-conditioned, there was no AC inside. Tried the chicken biriyani - it was a letdown. Oily, with sticky rice and overpowering masala

This is my first tym ever doing a review. I usually never do this but today I am forced to do it. Two days before I went thrissur for an event and reached this hotel.No water supply for washing hands first of all.but they told there was som problem with tap and I felt ok as they provided alternate water for the same.i reached by 9 am and was sitting in a table next to billing area and sat there for almost 30 min.I was waving calling andno one responded.one of the waiter even though saw me didn't even care to even come near my table.atlast I called uponthe staff at juice section and he told me that there was nothing available except for idiyappam and egg curry.i asked for ghee roast or anyother dosa but but he told me there wasn't any. Atlast out of hunger I order what he told me and after sometimes I was served with dry old appams and oil curry with sauted onions.Even though I wanted to call the staffs but I knew noone would respond.i poured out the oil from the curry and ate much whatever I can have .and tried calling one to order a tea.even though I had my breakfast tea haven't reached and waited for a 10 min again but ended up staying there all alone unattended. A hotel being near to railway station have no washroom facility no food options,no wash facilities and completely disappointing service.I have to tell this is one of the worst hotel one can ever go .go at your own risk I didn't want to give a 1 star but it's the minimum one can give .

Referring to the roadside eatery, It seems more reasonable to get masala dosa at a nearby eatery for the price. Among the most awful things I have ever done. After arriving at the hotel, we waited for assistance for a considerable amount of time. A staff member told me there was no menu here when I requested for one. Oh my god. I ordered biriyani, but it's only okay and costs 170, so it's not worth it. interior, and overall terrible state of disrepair. Extremely bad management, and the things we bought are unavailable during business hours. Absolutely not advised for anyone travelling to Trissur. Please stay away from this hotel if you are planning a trip to Trissur.

One of the worst experiences in my life. We have reached the hotel and we have waited for 35 minutes for somebody to attend for us. They were not attending the customers and they were having a shortage of staff. Some customers went out and searched for another restaurant because of this delay. Very poor management and the items which we ordered, are not available at the peak time of business. Strictly not recommending for any persons visiting Trissur. Anybody who is visiting Trissur, please avoid this hotel.

Good Family Restaurant. Food is above average in taste. Price is not that high. Clean and well maintained. Service is a bit let down during busy hours. Parking space available in plenty.

Good hotel, but you have to waste lots of time here for getting food. staff and waiters are waste. they are not concidering customer and not taking order.

Food is just ok. That's all. I don't find any issues with the service.

Basically a three star hotel. only beer and wine available. Service is not up to mark.
