Very good restaurant. Food is good. And quantity is also reasonable. Great ambience. The only problem is... If you ask bulls eye, they give onoy omlete . I think they dont know what is bulls eye

* The owner looked completely unhygienic and unprofessional, wearing dirty clothes and showing zero interest in running a restaurant * The overall cleanliness was horrible, with sticky tables, dirty floors, and an unhygienic wash area * The order was taken carelessly, and they served something totally different without even apologizing * The food tasted old and stale, with overcooked rice and smelly chicken * The curry was too oily, lacked proper flavor, and felt like it had been reheated multiple times * The customer service was beyond disappointing -- no smile, no respect, just careless behavior * It felt like they were doing us a favor by letting us eat there, which is unacceptable * This place has no basic hygiene, no food standards, and no understanding of hospitality * It's a total waste of money, time, and health * If the owner can't handle it properly, it's better to shut it down than risk people's health

Good food at affordable price, good staffs, overall nice experience

Bayleaf is a small hotel located in pallimoola and is light on pockets too. The food is good for the price and currently after renovation the hotel looks clean and well maintained compared to how it was .

Kizhiporata +limetea super ,beef +delivery delay but tasty food

Food standard is pathetic(found stone in food.. when informed of the same.. the staff just left and no basic decency of even apologising)... even food was smelling bad as if its a day old..Bayleaf has lost its charm....manager is also not in location n staffs are not intetested types.
