Fisherman's Hub

Nestled in the heart of Thrissur, Fisherman's Hub was our final culinary stop during our Kerala trip, and it certainly left a lasting impression. Although we encountered a full parking lot, the convenience of valet parking was a welcome solution. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by a pleasant ambiance, enhanced by the cool air-conditioning, which provided a refreshing respite from the warm Kerala climate. The layout was inviting, making it a perfect spot for both casual diners and families. We began our feast with the Avioli Pollichathu (pomfret), a delightful dish wrapped in banana leaves that showcased the rich flavors of local spices. The Seer tawa fry was another highlight, perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and tender fish inside. The Tiger prawns tawa fry was equally impressive, bursting with flavor and showcasing the freshness of the seafood. But the star of the meal was undoubtedly the ultimate mango seer fish curry, served with steaming rice. The tangy mango complemented the rich curry perfectly, creating a dish that was both comforting and refreshing. Each bite was a celebration of Kerala's coastal cuisine. To round off our meal, we indulged in a fruit salad ice cream and a cafe coffee with ice cream. Both desserts were delicious and provided a sweet finish to our dining experience without being overly heavy. What stood out throughout our visit was the excellent service. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring that our experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Overall, Fisherman's Hub offers a fantastic dining experience with a reasonable price tag, making it a must-visit for anyone in Thrissur. We left feeling satisfied and happy, with fond memories of our last meal in Kerala. Highly recommended!

Worst service! Went there for lunch. The place was literally deserted, still the waiter insisted to sit on the table which was very congested. And most importantly the food was teribble. Ordered chicken biriyani, which was overcooked.

Had porotta with chicken varutharachathu,tastes good,very clean, customer caring, porotta was also very nice, slightly expensive but tastes good, toilets are clean, variety of dishes

The food was good, but the service was slow. Biryanis are good to get served quickly.

Ordered Dragon fish but quantity very less,not worth the price and it mainly tastes like tomato ketchup. Ordered Kappa meenmulakitathu, it was not spicy at all and the meenmulakitathu was full of oil. Very slow service. No staff around to tell anything.

Fisherman's Hub is the best seafood restaurant in Thrissur! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a perfect coastal vibe. The food was absolutely divine--fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The crab curry and grilled prawns were standout dishes, bursting with authentic flavors. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. If you're a seafood lover, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

Fisherman's Hub in Thrissur is a seafood lover's paradise! The cozy ambiance gives off a rustic coastal vibe, perfectly complementing the food. I tried their Kerala-style Fish Curry and Grilled Prawns, and both were absolutely divine. The fish curry had the perfect balance of spices, and the prawns were juicy and flavorful. Don't miss their Grilled Seafood Platter --it's a must-try! The service was prompt, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend this place for authentic seafood!
