Hotel Akshaya

I had a bad experience at Akshaya Hotel on High Road. The place was also not clean. I was very disappointed I found a fruit fly in the lime juice and a hair in the egg curry. We paid 125.00 and told the staff about it, but they didn't seem to care much. The food was not clean, and the service was poor. I will not visit again and don't recommend this place to others.

Affordable and tasty food. Variety of fish fry and curries are available. Neat and hygenic. Ample dining space available.

I recently tried the meals at this restaurant, including the fish fry and pazhampori, and all of them tasted delicious. I particularly enjoyed their meals, which come with plenty of side dishes. The staff are extremely friendly and cooperative, and the cashier was very helpful. Additionally, the interior of the restaurant is beautifully designed and impeccably clean.

I ordered Alfredo Pasta and I got this. Ok fine, but see the oil.... I'm completely dissatisfied with this one. What can you do for this. I'm sharing an original Alfredo Pasta for your reference.

I've been a long-time customer of Akshya Hotel on High Road and have always appreciated their food -- it's consistently good, and this time was no exception. However, my recent experience with their takeaway service was very disappointing. I waited for 45 minutes, out of which it took about 30 minutes just to prepare the takeaway. What made it worse was that once the food was ready, no one informed me -- I was sitting there the entire time and only found out when I asked again. It felt like the staff didn't care much about customer service, especially for someone who was visibly waiting. I genuinely like Akshya Hotel and have recommended it to many, but experiences like this really affect customer trust. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication and service for takeaway orders.

My go to place for a late night dinner. Duck curry/fish curry and puttu is a wonderful combo. Sorry, thr food was too good and could click a pic before I ate, so here is an empty plate for you.

The hostess seemed overwhelmed and unapologetic about the wait. Once seated, it took another 42 minutes for our server to greet us. The restaurant wasn't even full, so the slow service was baffling.
