I just visited this restaurant in Thrissur and was really impressed. The cuisine was fine, but what really stuck out was the atmosphere and the excellent service. Even during busy periods, they never rushed us and let us rest with tea and cookies. They have one of the best beef and chicken biriyanis in town, and I highly recommend it. The nice and helpful staff contribute to a positive environment. The restaurant serves a wide range of food and snacks, all of high quality. As a result, I highly suggest it.

The restaurant is located near my office, and we often visit for lunch. They have one of the best Beef and Chicken Biriyanis in town and I will recommend it to you. A good atmosphere is created by the friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes and snacks, all of which are of great quality. As a result, I would absolutely recommend it

A special mention goes to the cashier who, when asked about the bus to the railway station, kindly directed me to a shortcut for walking there. This level of customer care truly sets this restaurant apart. Highly recommended for both its food and its welcoming atmosphere!

I recently visited Hotel Kins and ordered a masala dosa with tea. The dosa was delightful--crispy on the outside with a flavorful and well-spiced potato filling. It was clear that they know how to make a good dosa. However, my experience was marred by the chutney, which tasted off and seemed expired. This was a significant downside as chutney is an essential part of enjoying a dosa. The tea was satisfactory, not too strong or too weak, making for a decent pairing with the meal. The service was prompt, and the staff were polite, but the issue with the chutney really needs to be addressed. It's crucial for a restaurant to ensure the freshness of all their offerings, especially condiments that accompany main dishes. Overall, while the dosa itself was excellent, the expired chutney was a serious concern tha overshadowed what could have been a much better dining experience. I hope the management takes note and improves on this aspect.

Just ok and didn't quite like the beef roast I ordered... kadai chicken was good, coffee was good as well.... Fried rice was ok ...not sure if it's worth the price charged... CB was a total failure I must say

Chicken Biriyani was really good. Tastes good, quantity and quality was good. Got 2 piece chicken, 1 egg, decent quantity rice. Also ordered 1 lime, Mint lime was average. Its a neat and clean restaurant space. Good ambiance & staff are friendly behavior. They accept upi payment. The only thing is parking, restaurant is situated at the centre of westfort junction. So it is difficult to find parking space.

Pretty good multi cuisine restaurant. Lots of food varieties and items. Good seating and interior. Lack of parking area.
