Kaizen Diners ( Vegetarian Restaurant )

Tried Kaizen Diners in Thrissur recently. Ordered Phulka, but unfortunately, it seemed to be made from old dough--left a sour taste and upset my stomach. The Butter Naan was far better, rich with an enormous amount of butter. Kadai Paneer had a thick, flavorful gravy but lacked the mix of vegetables typically expected. Service was prompt and polite, which added some comfort to the experience. The restaurant itself feels a bit dated, and the cleanliness--especially in the toilets--could use serious improvement. Food was okay. The butter nan we ordered was ice cold. And main drawback is the washroom. They have locked the one located in the ground floor and you will have to go upstairs, which is very inconvenient and the bathroom and the way to the bathroom is not properly maintained. Full of dust.

North Indian thali was good. Curd rice was average.

One of my favourite restaurants at Thrissur. Peaceful atmosphere without overcrowding. Though I can't grade the food as exemplary, none of the items we have tasted during our multiple visits have disappointed us. Good and tasty food at reasonable rates. Ample parking facility available.

Not a great experience. You go here if you have plenty of time to spend. The ambiance is great but the waiting time is too much. Food is average, and quantity is less for the amount they charge.

Went here based on the 4.2 rating on Google, but that was completely misleading. I'd give it a 2 at best. The toilet and wash area were an absolute nightmare--looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the place opened. We ordered Hyderabadi Biryani and Kadai, but it felt like we were just eating oil with a side of rice and some vegetables. Really disappointing.

The one positive point is their Food Quality is V.Good, particularly Aloo Parathas & Gobi Manchurian ! But their Service is not upto the mark. Took sometime to even provide basic item like Curd& Rasam for Meals. It was provided only when asked & didn't get along with meals earlier. Could do better

WORST. We ordered 3 ghee roasts and had to wait 40 mins to get 2 of them. Had to cancel the last one. The waiter was non chalantly walking around. Most customers were walking out of the place because they were taking too long to serve the food.
