Excellent service, Delicious Food. The route to the restaurant makes you think twice whether the restaurant is working or not but trust me, it is worth visiting. The owners themselves have their food from the same kitchen and are actually working hard for betterment. Can see them running around for the best if the service. We had Butter Dosa which was Crispy and Yummy. Thanks to google for leading us here. Way to go team Krithika

Nice and quick servicing... Podi Dosa and Ghee Masala Dosa were tummy filling and they tasted great... We ordered coffee 2 times because of its amazing authentic flavour. Happy to Visit

North indian thali was very good.first they serve Hot and sour soup, then Buttermilk and tomato sprinkled masala pappad after that the real Thali comes with fried rice seperately .Hotel is Air conditioned and have decent seating capacity.overall, a good-food experience.

Food is great i feel this restaurant as a hidden spot , parking space is not found , quality is also good

At the outset, the service they are providing is very poor. Further, some items are of very, very poor quality. If we raise a concern about the same, it won't be considered at all. Today I had a very bad experience: I couldn't eat the food I ordered because of its poor quality. But one thing I would like to highlight is that , even though I couldn't eat the food, they neither asked me for a replacement nor forgot to bill me for the item that I didn't eat. I shall share the event that occurred today. I and my cousins reached the hotel by 1-1:30 pm (approximately). I had ordered a meal, and my cousins ordered some other items. After a waiting period of one hour, my order was delivered. When I asked them about the delay, the one who delivered me the item left without uttering a single word. Next, the meals were given to me along with side dishes only; I had to ask for the SAMBAR more than one time. Then comes the major problem: the sambar (only water with some flavors, unfortunately named "Sambar") given to me was of very poor quality and had a different taste. When I raised the issue, they came up with a justification that it was because of one vegetable in the sambar. As I mentioned above , I couldn't see a single piece of vegetable in it. As a result of the above, I couldn't eat my lunch. The interesting thing here is , like I mentioned before, they neither asked me for a replacement nor forgot to bill me for the item that I didn't eat.

Today, March 28th, around 2:30 PM, I visited this place. We ordered food, which was served at 2:45 PM. Then, at approximately 3:15 PM, the person at the reception asked us to leave because they were closing. If this was the case, they should have posted a notice beforehand. While we were still eating, they began turning off the lights and fans. As a restaurant, they should have shown minimal respect to customers still dining. Honestly, I felt humiliated. Regardless of the situation, it's basic etiquette not to force someone to abandon their meal just to close. To be honest, I've never encountered a restaurant closing at 3:15 PM, and there was no mention of this on Google. I came after watching a food vlog, and I'm disappointed, not because of the food, but because of the attitude. Shame on them. As a local resident of Poonkunnam, I will neither return to this restaurant nor recommend it to my friends, to avoid them being humiliated like I was. Regarding the ambiance, there were numerous flies in the restaurant, and while the food( Fried rice and Gopi Manchurian )and was decent, the prices were average.

A very vozy spot for the most amazing breakfast.. my favourite was the 3 star dosa set... enough for two people.. and their vadas are really great too.. so is their curd vada set for two.

Worst service....if u want lunch then come and order in the morning..only PAID Instagram influencer's hype only...wont recommend this restaurant...heavy Waitng time even if there are no customers and delays orders willing if asked why there is a delay...even saw a Zomato guy Waiting for more than 30 min for just meals...which is already prepared and only need to pack it lol
