Good hotel in chettupuzha,just opposite of nayara petrol pump, customer caring,plenty of street parking,i had egg curry and porotta,egg curry was really nice, in this region hotels are very less,so one could depend on this hotel and its a family friendly restaurant and enough seating arrangement are there also according to the timings kuzhimanthi is also available here,tea,coffee and other snacks are also available ,price is less

Me and my 4 year old son went there for lunch. We ordered one plate veg. Biriyani. It took almost 10 minutes waiting to bring the food. By the time my son played in the table. They brought two plates.We started sharing the food . He started eating with his left hand. So I asked him to use his right hand to eat.Then he said since he touched the table, his right hand may not be hygienic. So I asked him to wash his hand again. He refused to go alone and asked me to accompany him. So I went with him to help wash his hands again. It took barely 30 seconds. By the time, the cleaning guy took both the plates and glasses together in one hand to the waste bin. I called him and he came back. Then the manager asked him to keep the plates back on the table. I asked them to replace the bottom plate with my son's food. Then they reluctantly gave some new biriyani rice. My plate too was spoiled by keeping the used glasses on top of it. But their attitude spoiled my day. Since I didn't raise my voice, they were not ready to agree their mistake and didn't tell any apologies to me. I feel disturbed after that incident.

I had Alfarm Mandi from here. It was not good. The chicken was overcooked. The mayonnaise was just like melted butter. I do not recommend it. It would be better to choose Nahdi Mandi.

I don't want to give a 1 star but for a review I want to give it. I ordered a egg curry. i founded a big centipede(pazhuthara) I never want to go there even for a look

Great hotel.. Neat and hygene.. Meals just 70 rs on 07/08/2024.meals have full set of near 10 items. Great family restaurant

Food is very nice.. rate also affordable

Quality wise waste not tasty waste of going spending amount
