I had a very disappointing first experience at McDonald's, specifically at the Shoba Mall location in Thrissur. The presentation and quality of the burger were extremely poor. I raised the issue and requested a replacement, which the staff provided -- but unfortunately, the second burger was just as unsatisfactory. It appeared messy, with an overly soggy bun and filled with wet chicken. The excessive use of lactose was overwhelming. Considering the quality, the burger certainly did not justify its price.Overall, it was a highly unsatisfactory experience.

I had an exceptional visit to McDonald's recently, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The service was top-notch the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. Despite it being a busy time, the team handled everything with efficiency and a smile, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! The fries were perfectly crispy, and my burger was flavorful and well-prepared. I also loved how the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable dining experience. What really stood out was the speed of service. Even during a rush, my order was ready in no time, and the staff made sure everything was correct. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really sets this McDonald's apart.McDonald's is a great example of excellent service and quality. I highly recommend visiting it's more than just fast food it's a great dining experience!!!!

Great food and had a great time at there

Great place to grab a bite while in the mall. Excellent food and good service by the staff. Can be visited whenever in the mall. Highly recommend to tryout. It's a self service place with good choices for food and drinks. Overall experience was very good. I recommend to try the maharaja Mac, chicken wings and nuggets with dip.

Very friendly staff... The burgers were ok though the size of the coke zero cup was pretty small. French fries could have been crispier. Overall nothing much to complaint about.

Pretty standard experience if you've visited other McDonald's outlets. It is an icon in the fast food space and continues to remain so. Had the Maharaja Mac (Chicken) meal which adds a serving of small fries and a drink of your choice along with the actual burger and an order of chicken nuggets. The burger tastes like it came from McDonalds (that's how I would describe it...every ingredient used in the burger is specific to McDonald's and is combined in a unique way specific to them). It's a pity that they don't serve their flagship Big Mac in India. The nuggets tasted good and the included dipping sauce complements the flavour of the nugget very well.

We ordered one nugget meal. Very good nugget (chicken) Fresh meat. Fries were not up to the level. The mixed fruit juice were very bad, don't buy the juice. Mcd should provide good juices It costs It costs 280 for this food

Great food, good service and good ambience. Would definitely recommend.
