Good tasty hotel in ollukkara region. Parking space is little low. Foods serving are good and tasty and neatly maintained hotel. Price is little bit high compared to the quantity of Food, ie curries they serving.
Very bad customer service & very bad food . Please don't ever come & have food from here. We ordered chatti choru ,chatti biriyani , fried rice ,meal .not fresh & hot. Washing area is not clean at all. Gpay,card ,cash payment accepted. Car parking available. Family AC rooms available. TV ,soft drinks , juice available. Taste is very bad . I ever had such food from any where else.
This institution never dining area was chaotic and lacked proper hygiene, making me question the overall management of the establishment. The food itself was unappetizing--stale, undercooked, and far from the quality one would expect for the steep prices charged. Rather than providing a pleasant culinary experience, the food court seemed more like a rushed grab-and-go station with limited options and an indifferent service attitude. Overall, my experience was marred by poor customer service both at the front desk and in the food court, leaving me with little desire to return or recommend this hotel to anyone who values respect and quality in both service and dining.

This is a very good place .The only mild issue I had was the humidity and some irritant flies.If that is improved I would gladly give 5 stars.
Very worst experience, Worst food , worst service by the waiters, ac is not working they are arrogant towards the customers they do not consider the customers reviews. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL VERY WORST EXPERIENCE
40 min wait time on a soup order shows that they need to get their operations right , will update the rating if the soup tastes good Update- the soup tasted good and updating the rating to 4 stars from 1
I went in for takeaway by around 13:30 today, and ordered one fish curry meals, 2 fish fry, 6 chappathi, one butter chicken and one chocolate shake and one bottle of water. Instead of chocolate they gave strawberry shake which they were ready to change but the fish fry and butter chicken which they gave was really old. Don't know how they think it is alright to do things like this. This is a clear sign of focusing only on money by exploiting customers.
