Swamys Cafe since 1969

I tried the following items, Masala dosa is just ok, chutney was horrible, look at consistency & quality. Criticizing because of its price point,& not an acceptable quality from a vegetarian restaurant. Uzhuvnu vada was good, Tea also was good.

It's a vegetarian joint. We often grab takeaway from here and the food is always solid. Nothing mind-blowing, but it tastes good and is reliably consistent. The coffee is surprisingly great, and we usually go for poori masala, ghee roast, masala dosa or idli, all satisfying. Their red chamandi really stands out. Plus, service is quick, which is always a win.

Taste wise and price wise it's better than many vegetarian restaurants in Thrissur. As a regular customer, I personally like most of their food items. Clean and neat.

Had upma and it was pretty dry and chilly Pongal was very liquidy and blanch. Kurma with the chappathi had too much garaam masala. Did not like it. Big rhimbsdown. I don't know if it was a bad day

This place is a great choice for vegetarians, located opposite the Civil Station in Thrissur. The service is also commendable!

I had lunch there. I ate a lot, but after that I never felt overeaten. The food was good, but car parking is not available. The prices are reasonable.

One good Vegetarian restaurant in this area. Had Masala Dosa with Vada and Coffee for breakfast. It was good. Located near to Thrissur civil station .

Swamy's cafe is a small vegetarian restaurant located bang opposite to the ayyanthole civil station. The ambience isn't much to talk about but the hotel is tidy and well kept. The service is very fast and there is always a crowd here. Food is quite taasty especially masala dosa. Rates are a bit on the higher side given the size and ambience.
