I recently visited the restaurant , and it was a straightforward experience. The place was functional and served its purpose, but there was nothing remarkable about it. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the service was efficient. The environment or facilities were basic and clean, their atmosphere is not bad at all . I personally like it. But the dine in area was really small. In terms of offerings, it had what you'd typically find in such a place. The pricing was reasonable and aligned with what you'd expect. Overall, the restaurant did what it was meant to do . If you need the specific services or products it provides, it's a reliable choice, but don't anticipate any extraordinary experiences.

The place provide good ambience but BAD food. Not about the freshness its about the taste and OIL content. I buy alfam mandi. But got oil manthi with bad taste. So I didn't eat that and broght another cuboos, that also below average one.

At vaikom Salt n Pepper can be considered as one of the best options available Food quality is fine but taste is inconsistent Usually tried their mixed, chicken and beef koth porotta(taste is good but inconsistent tase and qty is less compared to earlier), chicken biriyani(not a big fan), kizhi porotta(was okay)

Dishes i ordered were good. Felt the chicken noodles could be less "saucy".. fried rices chiilly chicken all were good.. Had schezwan fried rice. It was also ok

Very bad atmosphere and toilet was not at all clean and clear, very bad smell. As well as the owner is rude

Waiting time was too pathetic. But they did parcel me excellent shawarma

Worst kizhiparotta I have ever tried. I took it through yummito delivery app . Parotta was burnt and the burnt smell of the banana leaf spoiled the smell and taste of the food. It even affected the noodles I ordered along with that. Worst experience. Never trust them. I wish I could get their contact number. My total money and time is wasted
