Galaxy Hypermarket And Restaurant

The store have verity of items and collection is good. However, the staff behaviour is very bad. Most of the staff's either very rude or not interested in doing business..They don't know how to deal with Customers or don't care about the Customers at all. The staff at the billing counter just dump all items like frozen, vegetable, groceries etc., together in a single bag. I have not seen any supermarket does like this. Most of the purchased items would be damaged/spoiled while we reach home. Added to this, there is no proper AC in the store. The store is very warm, you feel suffocating especially in the vegetable section. Moreover no senior staff or floor Manager available in store to give a feedback. Very pathetic experience. I hope the management will address such issues and ensures the customers will not have such experience in the future.

I only visited the Restaurant section.which is pretty much good. Nice ambience and service is just good. There is some happy hour offers there please check it before you order. We had "alfam plate" (i don't know why they call it so, it is some what looks like shawarma)and lime juice combo Which taste good.

Very poor after sale service. Not a reliable establishment

One of the best supermarkets in Vadakara. Shelves are neatly arranged and they have quality products. Plenty of parking available. They also have a separate floor for crockery and kitchen appliances. The prices are reasonable

The hypermarket is great I mean the utensils section, but the billing section is awful . I give one star for customer service at the billing. She was rude, and carelessly packing my stuff.

One of the best shopping market in Vatakara

This hypermarket in Vatakara is among the best so far. They have almost everything you need. But their deals and discounts aren't that great. Still, it's a good place to shop overall.
