Munthiripanthal Family Restaurant (Former Toddy Shop)

Worst toddy shop I ever visited. They serve full portion meals without even mentioning . The taste was awful. Too spicy and no distinguished flavours. Prices are way on the higher side. Not recommended.

I tried an different food here due to an hungry urge I couldn't able to take a more picture. The food was excellent someone who wants to try a authentic kerala style food they can try here. Kappa with Curry fish gravy was top notch I tried Squid and Prawn fry which is usual taste Tilapia fish fry was great and must try. Service was bit slow here rest everything was a perfect dine experience

All starters and food was good. When I went rice was not available (lunch time).toddy was also good, they're serving as light and strong. Strong one was lil bit fermented. Both were good. I had ordered for beef, prawn and chicken starters all were good.

The food was satisfactory, but the overall experience would benefit from improved service. The hotel furnishings feel outdated and could use a refresh, and the AC room did not provide the expected comfort and quality. I recommend trying the fish dishes over the meat options at this restaurant.

Great place unique experience loved the food

A place with superb ambience and pocket friendly menu. You need to be in a group above 5 people to enjoy the whole menu and see the pocket friendliness. We, a group of 9 people ate splendidly, trying almost everything in the menu on that day and the bill was about 600+ per head... The previous day two of us had just a paneer butter masala and 4 chapathi, paid 750. Compared to that we ate like anything at a throw away price.... A highly recommended place....

Nice place for experience vide varieties of kerala village style food. Basically it is a model toddy shop, but you can go with your family, they will provide good service in AC family room. The food is really tasty and the ambiance is good. Parking space is available and the road is good for cars and bikes. The service is very good and you will get some reserved cabin like spaces and that will give you more privacy if you are going with more members. (Alcohol is injurious to health!)

Great place to visit with family, they have separate huts for family. Awesome food at the cost. Crab full plate costs only 800/- !!!
