Hotel King's Imperial

I & my Wife stayed in Hotel King's Imperial, Bhind, Madhya Pradesh on 30th April 2025 for one night. The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the city. I was very pleased with the cleanliness, service and amenities. The front desk staff specially Mr Sumit Sanger was exceptional! All the staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We particularly appreciated their assistance with arrangement of early breakfast as we want to leave very early in the morning.

worst experience with food services and untrained staff paneer quality very bad it's very hard and services is not good very late services they are not provide salad, and RO water more focus on sales water please don't go waste your time and money.....

On our way, we took a halt in Bhind, Madhya Pradesh at King's Imperial Hotel & I would say that the rooms & washrooms are very clean & maintained with all the necessary facilities. The food is also delicious, we tried paneer amritsari & paneer rogan josh along with some breakfast bests like puri bhaji, poha, & aaloo paratha, the food really tasted so good. The staff too is very polite & cooperative. Overall truely satisfied with the stay.

The hotel is located inside a lane, although the board is placed out on the road. You'll have to go inside the lane and turn left to see the hotel gate. The roadside building which one might see is the staff quarters not the main hotel. Inside, the parking space is sufficient and the ambience is also decent and peaceful. Rooms are full of damp smell, one will have to ask for room freshener before you'll be able to move in. Also the water supply in the shower is an issue which we addressed. Only the tap has running water, but when switched to shower barely a few drops came out . Rest food was a bit on the costlier side. For example, 1 cup tea was for Rs. 55 which doesn't match the area ambience and facilities, but okay...

Behavioural issue of the staff , specifically at Reception, No match to the size of hotel . 1. Mosquitoes in the Room. 2. The geyser was not working properly.hence no hot water 3. No tea pot or on order, not served despite several reminder. 4. Room cleaning issue 5. Toilets were not cleaned properly 6. Blanket was uncleanliness 7. Tariff is quite high
