Hotel grand shivam Burhanpur

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Burhanpur, and it was truly an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The facilities were top-notch--clean, modern, and very well maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the food.Food was amazing there.

The hotel was good and also located in the prime location but I reduced 1 star because I faced a problem in toilet and after complaining it was not resolved. Overall a good experience but I'll suggest to all pls check all those things before check in

the ambience and atmosphere of hotel is so good, I didn't taste the food here but I think, it's also tasty, and you got the various food packages and options as your choice and it starts from 350 only. and the last thing the nature of the management and hotel staff is very friendly and helpful . it's also not too far from Railway station Burhanpur.

Worst quality and tasteless food,2nd time visited ,same experience both times

This is a newly constructed hotel. Situated on 3rd floor on Tulsi Mall on Railway station road of Burhanpur city. Rooms are spacious and clean. This hotel provide quite good accommodation in burhanpur. Staff is good and courteous, though not much trained. Tariffs are reasonable considering the quality of rooms. They do not have any restaurant or kitchen but they do arrange food from nearby restaurant. Overall, nice experience.

Worst food I ever tasted in Burhanpur. Spicy means raw red chilly mixed to the food. We were the only people in the hotel but still no proper service was given. Never recommended to anyone who will think that the name is Grand so the hospitality will also be Grand.

Grand shivam is a nice family restaurant and hotel. The room are hygiene and service is also good . The restaurant facility is also awesome the quality and quantity is also good the price is on higher side but it deserves this price and it's worthy. Fully AC restaurant with sofa and table and chairs facility. Taste was awesome

Food is third grade. We were 18 persons on 27-05-2022. Test less vegetables and low level of service. I don't recommend this to anyone for food. They even over bill and cheat customers.
