Food quality ekdam ghatiya hai .....worst experience ever.Never order anything inside hotel when you stay there

The hotel staffs are very good. I dropped my gold ring by mistake in the room and left for Hyderabad without knowing. But when i realised, i called the hotel people and they were very much helpful in searching for the ring. I never thought i would get my gold ring back but because of the nice staff there in hotel the ring was found and safely kept. Thank you for the nice gesture

Rooms are spacious and clean & staff is very corporative. Lawn is also very nice for functions. Food is delicious as well specially a dish name "Sham savera". Pasta and pizza's are too good...highly recommended

It's a good hotel with all the required facilities. The hotel has rooms of all varieties wherein, attention has been given to every essential thing. My conclusion for Surya Hotel is positive and I will recommend others to stay in the hotel.

My experience was pathetic. I went on there by looking all the reviews which I suppose to be paid or fake. Hospitality was hardly known by them, food was relatively expensive and overall experience was bad. Their rooms are very bad. Please, check rooms before check-ins. Thank youl,

Worst experience I have ever had. Totally unprofessional behaviour. I have confirmed # of pax for meeting but charging more than what decided. Not having valid bill for their services. Not accepting cards as they have to bar charges for swiping cards. I will not visit this place ever.

Horrible! Old style hotel and staff. Issue with billing system. Better pay in cash. Hotel owner is adamant "Aapka problem hai" tagline he used for all customers
