I ordered take away food and roti packed are half cooked and they are not even edible. While bringing them home we found out they were not even cooked properly and we were supposed to serve the food to guest who didn't even eat that food and asked us to prepare fresh. Even kofta is not good and looks like it is used in old oil and kofta are not eatable as well. I would like to get a refund in my phonepe account since the food is not eatable and we will have to throw it away since roti and naan are not eatable. All food is wasted.
Do not visit this restaurant if you don't want to waste your time and energy. We had ordered For starters: * Cream of tomato soup * Hara Bhara Kabab * Sweet Corn Starters were just okay, although soup was watery. For the main course: * Paneer Mushroom masala : DO NOT ORDER THIS DISH. It was the most pathetic gravey you'll ever taste. * Dal : it was fine * Naan: Chwey and soggy * Rice : Okay * Veg Khadai : Bland and had no taste For desserts; we ordered * Rasmalai *Ice cream Rasmalai felt like it was washed from water before putting in the malai. Please do not order. Food is bad. Overpriced. Service is pathetic.
Have been ordering food from Jharokha for years and witnessed decline in quality since 3 years. Ordered food on 12th Dec and it came with a German cockroach(really infectious). Attached are pictures, it you are looking for quality, please look anywhere but this restaurant.
Nice and trusted place to have some Veg North Indian cuisine food along with mouthwatering sizzlers (Paneer and Manchurian Sizzlers). Go to place for Dinner. Please expect some rush during Tuesday's and Sunday's.

Food is so good, specially the unlimited thali, the the problem the waiter, and the staff, force you to pay tip, when the take the bill, so bad and embarrassment
