This place is not worth our money. I recently had an embarrassing experience with my guests here. Very poor management. No hospitality sense. No hygiene (mosquitoes/flies everywhere) No stage aesthetics. Charged 50,000 for decoration, and we got torn stage carpets and dirty curtains. What to mention of those beautiful spiderwebs. Average food. Decent DJ. No proper keys available for their rooms. ***Customer service - Demanded payment in the middle of the reception event. *** 1-star service in the name of 3-star hotel. Hotel Kokila was disappointing, especially in terms of food and decoration. The food lacked flavor and freshness, and the presentation was unappealing. The decor was outdated and uninviting, making the overall atmosphere feel cold. Not a place I'd recommend unless improvements are made and the management and the staff is very poor.

Kokila resort badhiya hotel hai quality room and affordable price aikdum value to money stay Family k liye badhiya hai bahut sara space hai strictly for family and business purpose allowed no time pass local booking I always prefer my guest to stay here Good outside atmosphere no traffic problem Food expensive ho sakta kyuki service or quality food serve karte hai taste food hai 300 per person approx average

Terrible service and the waiter were not providing proper service management is not proper none of the curtains were cleaned even the mat wor torn and decoration was not good room service was not proper mosquitoes were there in hall hygiene and sanitation was not maintained all over a very bad service not recommended for any kind of functions

One of the worst place to stay , We will never come again or recommend others. No Proper management Dirty, unhygienic Poor service Unsecured Dirty bed, uncleaned washroom, broken switches, dirty floor, torn towels, torn pillow covers.

Pathetic rooms with foul smell , mosquitoes no bath kit , low quality of decoration material used , no lighting not at all well maintained, will not all recommend for even a birthday party
