Dear Hotel Management, I'm extremely disappointed with the service and food quality at your hotel. Despite our high expectations, the food was subpar, and the staff seemed uninterested. We were looking forward to a good meal after a 12-hour fast, but the experience fell short. We paid as instructed without any issues, but the staff's attitude and poor food quality left a lasting negative impression. Unfortunately, we won't be recommending your hotel to anyone. Hotel is specious and food was also really good but service was late. When you order food meanwhile you eat, you should order it before you require because they take too much time to bring Rotis, rice & dalls in between. Food test is very good & price kind of on higher side but compared to food quality it's fair but portions of each dish could have been little bit more but it's not. Parking is also open & free.

I recently stayed at Shri Siddhivinayak Hotel and had a good experience overall. The food was delicious, and the pricing was reasonable considering the amenities provided. The rooms were a bit small, but given the affordable rates, they were comfortable enough for a short stay. However, some plumbing repairs are needed to improve the overall experience. Due to the Kumbh Mela, the hotel was quite crowded, which made things a bit hectic, but the staff managed the rush well. Service was decent, and the location was convenient. With a few improvements, this could be an even better stay.

In my personal opinion the restaurant maintains cleanliness and a healthy environment. The food is really delicious and served in time . Staff behaviour is very attentive and fair. A very good stopping point for relaxation and food on Nagpur - Jabalpur Highway .

Rooms are well maintained and Veg amd fresh food ...Sever every time ..i stay 4 times in this hotel of 2024 year and 2025 2 times good

Terrific job during Mahakumbh 2025. Superb!! Though everything wasn't available that was there in the menu. However, hats off to the staff. Overall a good option to lunch & dine in on the way.
