Chunmun Cottage

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a great time. The food was ok ok & the Staff is amazing and very cooperative. The hotel is beautifully maintained with clean and comfortable facilities.

Won't recommend this stay to anyone. There was no hygiene in the hotel. Even both the food and room service were too delayed. Lot's of issues with both the room and washroom cleanliness. Morning tea and drinking hot water wasn't readily available. No one used to be present at the reception. Lack of staff at night and lot's of noise made by the guests which disturbed our sleep.

Ohh My God! Really the best hotel to stay in Pachmarhi the rooms, the area around, the cleanliness, the staff, what to say more... fantastic hotel I highly recommend for couples and families it's very very safe..and staff is awesome

The location is a little off-road and difficult to find. The hotel is situated between residences where local people roam around the cottages. You can hear disturbing noises from the surrounding residences. Considering the budget, it is a good stay. The rooms are recently renovated and in good condition. However, the bedsheets and pillows are not very clean, and I don't think they are changed for every guest. Room service is good
