They are fraud. They add money of the items you have not consumed. There AC and geysers are all showpieces. When you check in the room you will find nothing is working. And then they will not return your money.
One of the worst hotel you will ever come across. I cannot explain everything thing here. But zero stars for room, services and food explains everything. Better book a Dharamshala than this.
Rooms are good and spacious, but alot to improve in terms of hotel for stay. Still plastic chairs at rooms, room rent is also very high in comparison to services and amenities provided, they ask for 2500 plus without breakfast and no toiletries no tea pots while there are other better options at the same location in lesser price. Staff is good owner is good but need profesionalism, location is good. It can be a good hotel but few things needed to be included.
Food taste is good. Atmosphere is excellent. Service can be improved. Overall good place
Had a bad experience, We wanted to book table for 6 for small birthday party. The staff denied tables citing other birthday parties aligned for next hrs. I did not see hotel to be crowded. The staff showed ignorance and rude behaviour and totally denied hospitality. The owner should look into concerns. I wonder where these restaurants will be heading once we see outsiders investment in sidhi on these business.
"My experience at the hotel was below expectations. The cleanliness and maintenance of the room were lacking. The staff's attitude was not satisfactory, and room service was quite slow. Additionally, the amenities were not adequately provided. I hope the hotel improves in these areas moving forward."

Not a nice experience with the room! Bit costly rooms as per their facilities! The fan was broken and shaky! But nice food !
