Limited Thali Cost: Rs.130 (in March '25) Consists of 5 Poori, 2 sabzi, besan chilli pickle and chaas. -------------------------- > Poori's were made from Desi Ghee, good & crispy > Aloo sabzi contained heeng, was okay > I refused for rayta because of my personal taste reasons.. don't like sweet lassi as such. Rather I opted for additional bowl of Aloo sabzi > Besan and chilly pickle was unique and good > Second subzi was little sweet in taste, didn't like it because of my personal reservations against sweetness. --------------------------- Overall, you can visit this place for a unique experience, may or mayn't like it.

They serve amazing pori sabzi with Tomato chutney with Raita . The staff is amazing, they ensure to serve Hot Puri . Very Helpful staff , its 101 years old Restaurant in Ujjain . They use desi ghee for the preparation, no Extra Masala no spicy food . Just Amazing Authentic Ujjan Food

A disappointment I would say. The dahi bada was tasting so artificial, it felt like biting chewy tissue paper. Rasgulla was no better as well as the moong dal halwa. Poori and sabzi were good, but didn't impress me much. Overall it was a let down.

We recently visited this place in August, known for its authentic dish, poori bhaji. They serve Methi Pooris with aloo sabji, and the taste was unique. It's a small, economical hotel, but totally worth it. Definitely try their sweets, especially the moong ka halwa made in ghee--it was amazing

After watching many reels visited Bhola guru and sons..... As per the expectations puri and aaloo bhaji was good in taste... moong dal halva was also testy... I won't recommend must visit place but good for breakfast in ujjain.

The food was really good and the service was very quick. We ordered 3 thalis and they were really really good. It's a small place but really worth trying.

The sweets and poori is amazing here. I felt the prices are little higher side. Poori and the bhaji was amazing, jamoon was amazing and balushai brought my childhood memories. But owner has to pay little attention to cleanliness.
