Burger Headquarter, Ujjain

I tried two of their non-veg burgers and I liked them both. Personally I'll recommend "Crispy Chicken Burger" as I loved the fried chicken in that. Overall the experience was good as the ambience was eye catchy and the prices are really good. The staff does deserve some praise as they prepared my order in very less time.

I opened my burger to find squirming worms wriggling out of the patty, leaving me utterly disgusted and appalled. The sight was repulsive, and I could not bring myself to take another bite. The restaurant's negligence in food quality and hygiene standards is appalling, and I advise everyone to steer clear of this establishment. This experience has left me with a sickening feeling that I won't soon forget.

The burger at this spot was impressively subtle, with clean and well-organized packaging. The flavor was juicy and bursting with taste, arguably making it the best burger in town. If you're thinking burgers, you should definitely think of this place as your go-to burger headquarters. The staff was attentive and courteous, providing helpful suggestions and detailed explanations. The burger was served swiftly, leaving me tempted to order another one--a feeling I'm sure many others share. The ambiance is inviting, with the brand paying close attention to subtle details that enhance the dining experience. For burgers, I recommend spending an extra 10 rupees to load up on more salad--it's worth it, and the rest of the burger is simply fabulous. The management complements the experience with elegant music played at a pleasant volume, which adds to the overall taste and encourages you to linger and enjoy your meal.

The burger was good. The place has a nice ambience. Very disappointed with cheesey fries as it was not cheesey but was bathed with mayonnaise/white cheese sauce which was way too tangy and not cheesey at all. Please offer variables in cheesey fries. . All in all it was an okay experience. I hope the next experience will be better

I shared with them that my experience was not good with chicken cheese balls once but that I love their burgers and I expected the same with the cheese balls, they apologized for the bad services and to win my trust back served me with some delicious chicken cheeze balls ever, as well as chiken fillets, along with my order. Best customer service in ujjain, must visit!!!

Wouldn't mind giving all 5 stars, cuz this place was really good, probably one of the best coffee of my life, and burger was good too, service was good... Maintained hygiene, good place, atmosphere was great! And the taste and quantity was great according to the prices...! A must visit place
