Food was tasty, order and waiting time was surprisingly posetive. They serve all the dishes with butter in it. Ambience and surrounding was also quiet impressive. Seperate area for cake cutting and music, party hall also available. We regularly visit here for party, meals and bierthday celebration. The behavior of staff is also good. Visited on 16th Feb 24 very nice place, very good food quality, test, atmosphere, economical, rooms are also available here between 1500-2000 for AC NonAc
The ambience of the hotel is in the mid range. The service orientation and catering timeline of the customers demands needs to be tackled out for priority basis, as the timelines for the order and the food arriving at your table is bit elongated. Long waiting period for your ordered food arrival, as I experienced when visited in the lunch hours. Taste and flavours wise, the food is on moderate range and can be tried as one type option.
Very good behaved staff. Tasty food and quick service. Must visit. It has Space for celebration on first floor.
The hotel offers pleasant, clean rooms for accommodation. The restaurant has a pleasing ambiance. For dinner, we ordered masala dosa, veg burger, sandwich, and aalu paratha. The pav bhaji was average. The following day, breakfast options were limited to poha and paratha, both of which were enjoyable.
Nice hotel, with great service and tasty food. The best thing here is the team. The entire staff: Vikas, Raj, Mehek, Gaurav, Sukhji, are very humble, courteous, super helpful and always smiling. They'll never refuse for anything and will try everything at their end, to assist you, in case you are facing any problem. The team made our stay really pleasant. The only drawback is that the hotel is slightly in the outskirts, and a little far from Mahakal Mandir. You might have issues in finding public transport. But the staff has good contacts and they'll help you in getting autos etc., at the doorstep.
Very bad experience in service food and staff
I visited the restrent on 08/04/24 but food quality was not good and also they can't proved wather of drinking . Ther resornt mange Mr Sukh was tolated us plz process a water soo do not visit
