Rajkumar Restaurant Since 1949

Second visit to Ujjain, and this time, it was a delightful surprise! Unlike my first visit where I struggled to find good food, this time I tried Rajkumar Restaurant--and it exceeded expectations. * Food: 5/5 - delicious and flavorful (do try Gobhi Aloo dry if you like it--I loved it!) * Service: 6/5 - outstanding! They even replaced a dish that was too spicy for us, free of charge, after we had eaten half. * Ambience: 4/5 - comfortable for families, couples, and solo diners. * Location: Around 3-4 km from the temple, but absolutely worth the short ride. Highly recommended! I just wish I had clicked a photo of the food--honestly, the picture would've done justice to the vibrant flavors and colors.

The Paneer malai was fantastic, but the main course was just average. The sarso ka sag, however, was delicious. Unfortunately, the toilets were in a terrible state, and they are not cleaned and don't even go to washroom to wash your hands.

food was awesome.service was so lazy. we waited 10 min for only Roasted papad..we need water bottle but the lady captain was busy on mobile call she ignoring us.

Good ambiance. Quite enough seating place. Tasty food. Offers dine out options also. Reasonable price. Only veg options.

Place was quite good but food was not good as compared to this place. We were there with group of friends and just wanted to have dinner so asked for Tawa Roti , they said we usually make on orders only and not received much so it will take time if you order again and it literally happened and Rotis were not good so we decided to have some tandoori roti but again disappointed. Just wanna say that need to improve the main course cause if we are coming for food what we want... just the better roti Otherwise the service was all perfect as well as the atmosphere .

Rajkumar Restaurant is a very old restaurant of Ujjain . And the taste they maintain till date was to make them one of the brands of Ujjain. Located near Freeganj between the city. Butter Khichdi best of rajkumar. Family Atmosphere

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN THE WORLD. The service is terrible and so is the food. The waiters weren't serving the food but my family member was... Then latter we order tandoori roti and it came out extremely hard and we couldn't even bite it. The glasses were veryyy smelly. Also we had to clean the plates before eating because of how dirty they were. The washroom is also a floor above is isn't clean but extremely dirty which caused some inconvenience. Later at the end they ended up taking all the money for the tandoori roti that they took back after we told them how terrible they were. The water in the fingerbowl was dirty too. Seriously though this restaurant, its employees and its food were all terrible. Save urself from this terrible experience...
