I had a good experience overall. The food is really tasty and definitely worth the price--they're offering great value for money. Everything was nice, but if they could improve a bit on hygiene and cleanliness, it would easily be a 5-star spot. A little more attention there would take the experience to the next level.

I recently dined at Sandipani Restaurant in Ujjain and had a wonderful experience. The food quality was excellent, and the unlimited thali offered a delightful variety of dishes, each more delicious than the last. The service was also commendable, with attentive and friendly staff making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is that there is always room for a little improvement, but I was very pleased with my visit.
The owner and staff knows that the customers aren't going to come regularly as most of them are tourists. Hence they focus only on providing the thali and taking money. Ensuring those thalis have food and on time is not there job l. Keep calling and keep frustrated.
Wow is an understatement for this underrated dhaba located near Bhairon Mandir at Ujjain. Daal bafla is a local cuisine which you will love if you are daal baati fan. There are other good items in their menu too. They have thali system with unlimited serving for Rs. 190 pp. must try once
