Subject: Complaint Regarding Billing Policy Not Being Honored Dear Belgian Waffle Team, We recently visited your outlet to enjoy some waffles. At the store, we noticed a clearly displayed board that stated: "If you are not provided with a bill before your order, the amount of your waffle will be returned." However, when we placed our order, we were not given any bill or receipt at the time of ordering. Later, when we asked about the board and requested our amount back, your staff refused to refund us and only then provided us with a bill. This goes directly against what is mentioned on the board. This experience was disappointing and felt misleading. We expect businesses to stand by their stated policies and ensure transparency with customers. After billing asked me to wait 10 mins. Order not ready till 25 mins. Staff was just 1 guy who gave me refund and after altercation asked me that go ahead and complaint to my owner and franchise as well. Such staff is Spoiling name of good franchise

Food: Great waffles! Loved the taste and varieties. I've tried triple chocolate waffle and was amazing. Would love to give 5 star. Service: Service is Little bit slow. If you've ordered 2 waffles, you've to wait few more minutes for the second one. Atmosphere: The interior is great but the space is little bit small.

It was an ambient place. However the location was a little crowded when we visited. The staff members were nice. In Chocolate Sundae some of the chocolate was spilled on the container which dirtied the hands. But apart from that, the waffles were served well.

I also tested it in Indore but it's a different matter, I liked it very much and the staff brothers give good service.

I ate waffles with Ice-cream with my best friend Saksham Bhadoriya, mostly I loved it, but the waffle was not surely of the best quality, I think undercooked kinda raw. Also its on the pricey side a bit costly for many peoples, but you really need to try it at least once, or just to change the taste once in a while

Basically, I could have enjoyed it more if the waffle was cooked properly......it should be golden brown in color and should not have stretchy texture ....... the syrups and ice cream topping were all good and fresh, but they should improvise their waffle. It should be cooked a little more than it is cooked now.

I am big waffle lover I have had waffle from almost most of the outlet from big cities. Ujjain has just started this first outlet in past 6 months and the staff has started showing their true colours. Guys be aware they don't give the added free parcel and It has happened with me twice. I am pretty sure the staff eats the added waffle. Just dont trust them they are fraud . From big waffle lover .
