Hotel New Panchratna

Pros - They have a good restaurant. The rooms are clean. Cons - The staff needs to be trained on "customer service". It was a chilly winter morning. We asked for some hot water to drink and despite having a fully functional restaurant kitchen, they straight away refused our request.

Residual vegetables freezed in night and served in morning Breakfast. With such High rate (Rs.2150) per day, even water, Bath Soap/shampoo, toilet paper, dental kit was not available. Poor Service, even after pointing out the deficiency. The staff didn't bothered to provide.

Very tasty food quality. Good & polite staff ready to serve as early as possible.

They serve us to half cook dish and when I tell that thing to manager manager behave like he is right nd what I tell him that is wrong too much disagree with their service... strongly not recommend.

We confirmed 3 rooms at the hotel 2 days before we would check in and had asked for a proforma invoice. The payment was done by my Company and we shared payment reference at 5pm on the day of check in. We arrived at around 10pm. On arrival we were told at the reception that no rooms are available. we told the guy that he should have informed us that there were no rooms, even though the full payment was done. The man at the desk was so rude with my colleagues and they were not accepting their mistake. The very word 'hospitality' is dead and no one is really bothered.

The food is quality is good but they add food color that's the only problem i think otherwise this is good place for vegetarian

Very good quality food . I recommend dal khichdi.as the dish is very unique as compared to hotel dal khichdi. Papad .shengdana chatni.gavran toop.and thecha. Very nice. And you get choice for tadka too. I like it very much
