PUNKH GAME ZONE & RESTAURANT

The play zone is a much-needed addition to Akot -- it's one of its kind here and brings a fresh concept to the town, even though it's quite common in metro cities. There are a few play machines that offer some fun for the kids, but overall, the experience could have been better. My kids opted for a water spray game, but unfortunately, one side of the dual machine wasn't working. When we brought it to the attendant's notice, she was unwilling to acknowledge the issue, which was disappointing. For the price being charged -- which is already a bit on the higher side considering Akot standards -- better maintenance and customer service are expected. With some improvements in upkeep and staff responsiveness, this place could really shine.

Over hyped, Unhygienic & Bad Service! Had a really bad experience here. Ordered a Paneer Sandwich, but there was no paneer just mayo and raw veggies. The so-called Garlic Bread was just milk bread with chopped garlic. Ice cream? Just flower petals, nothing special. To make things worse, there were cockroaches on the table, and the service was terrible. Definitely not worth the price. Avoid this place!

Service is not at all good. It's clearly visible that as it's newly opened they are not able to handle the crowd( even though that's not much crowded) Rates for the coins are pretty high as compared to other options available. Not sur about dine-in but fir parcel you need to wait atleast for 1hr to get your parcel ready . The receptionist keeps saying 10 mins for parcel but we received it after 70 mins. There were few more customers who were waiting for more than that time Cleanliness : 0 Service : -1 Food : 5/10 Ambience: 5/10 Staff hospitality: 0

Great food option. One of the best places to visit with family for snacks or dinner. Peri peri fries, veg manchurian, veg fried rice, paneer 65, sizzler are great options to try.

Ambience is great, need to work on food taste. Aalo tikki burger feels just like eating a bread bun

Nice ambience! For a minute you will feel as if you are in US and the games entertain the kids. And the food tasted amazing.
