Hotel is inside a mall. Room and toilets were strictly ok. Cleanliness could be better. The buffet breakfast didn't have a buffet but staff ensured that whatever was ordered was served quickly. Mall lifts were really bad.

Service is slow n rude manager...taste is just average... nothing exceptional... Had asked before going whether music was load in open area...the call attendant said it's silent...after going there was loud music in open area... Spoilt our day as I had elders with me....not suitable for elderly or family.... Only ok for youngsters
